How do I place an order?
Simply add your favorite items to the cart and proceed to checkout. It only takes a few minutes!
Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes, you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account, however, makes it easier to track your orders.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly, but contact us within 12 hours and we’ll do our best to help.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Please note that this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox so please be patient. Once our team has processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. If you haven’t received an email confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us.
Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
No, only one discount code can be applied per order.
Why was my payment declined?
This may be due to incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or security checks from your bank. We recommend contacting your bank or trying another payment method.
Do prices include taxes?
Yes, all prices include VAT/sales tax where required by law. Any additional duties or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide!
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within EU takes about 2–5 business days. For international customers outside the EU, delivery times vary depending on the destination. For more information on delivery times, see our Shipping Policy.

Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been shipped.
What happens if my package is lost?
Please contact us and we’ll assist you in locating or replacing your order.
Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to update the address.
What happens if I’m not home when the courier delivers my package?
The courier will usually leave a note with instructions for re-delivery or collection from a local pickup point.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar.
How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return. You will be notified once you have been refunded.
Can I exchange an item for a different colour or style?
Unfortunately we don't offer an exchange facility. Simply return your item(s) and reorder for a replacement. Your refund will be processed once we've received your unwanted items.
What if I received the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re very sorry! Please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll send you the correct or replacement item at no extra cost. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged.
Can I return sale or discounted items?
Yes, you can return unworn sale items within 14 days of delivery.
Can I return items bought with a gift card?
Yes, items purchased with a gift card can be returned. Refunds will be issued back to a gift card balance.
