All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, including sales or new collection launches, processing times may be extended by 2–4 business days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, customs processing and local carriers. Shipping rates shown in local currencies are approximate and may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations. The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
All items purchased as pre-orders will be processed and shipped out as soon as the items are available. Please look out for an email from us with an update when your item is shipped out.
If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages.
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, you must file a claim with your local courier
Delivery Delays
During busy seasons or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take longer than expected. LEMCHI is unable to offer compensation for courier-related delays once the package has been dispatched.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are:
- Not included in the product prices
- Not controlled by LEMCHI
- The responsibility of the customer
If customs duties or taxes apply, they must be paid by the customer for the package to be released from customs.
Important
- Customs authorities require us to declare the full value of each order.
- Customs officers may delay or reject the release of your package.
- If a package is refused by the customer or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the cost of return shipping and any associated import charges will be deducted from the refund.
- If the courier disposes of the package due to refusal or non-collection, no refund can be issued.
Accurate Customs Documentation
We follow all customs regulations to ensure smooth delivery. However, customs procedures differ from country to country, and it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their local import requirements.
