We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

How to return

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds

If you choose to return your order, you will receive a full refund including the cost of the product, but not the original shipping fee nor the shipping fee for returning the item(s).

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

Sale items

Sale items can also be returned within 14 days, as required by EU law. However, if you prefer, we are happy to offer store credit instead of a refund.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can make it right at no additional cost.
